We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Setter to join our team. If you have hands-on experience setting up and adjusting CNC machinery, take pride in precision, write/edit programs based on blueprints and engineering date, this is the role for you.

Status: Regular Full Time, eligible for benefits
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour plus shift differential
Shift Differential Pay: $1.00/hr 2nd Shift
First Year Pathway Range: $17.50~ $22.50 / hr (plus shift differential)
Break: The 8‑hour shift includes one, 30-minute paid break.

Candidate Requirements

Must be able to work 3PM~11PM schedule – Monday through Friday. And must be able to work weekend overtime if/when required.
Position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, grasping, pinching, visual checks + working in warehouse (not controlled temperature).
Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.
Must be engaged to learning and applying yourself.
Must thrive on working in environment where your productivity, quality, attendance and safety will be measured.
Must be capable and willing to be accountable for meeting & maintaining Company standard requirements.
Must be willing and able to wear proper PPE during all working hours.
