We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Set-Up Operator to join our team. If you have hands-on experience setting up and adjusting CNC machinery, take pride in precision, write/edit programs based on blueprints and engineering date, this is the role for you.
Status: Regular Full Time, eligible for benefits
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour plus shift differential
Shift Differential Pay: $1.00/hr 2nd Shift
Pathway Range: $17.50~ $22.50 / hr (plus shift differential)
Break: The 8‑hour shift includes one, 30-minute paid break.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be able to work 3PM ~ 11pm schedule – Monday through Friday. And must be able to work weekend overtime if/when required.
- Position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, grasping, pinching, visual checks + working in warehouse (not controlled temperature).
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.
- Must be engaged to learning and applying yourself.
- Must thrive on working in environment where your productivity, quality, attendance and safety will be measured.
- Must be capable and willing to be accountable for meeting & maintaining Company standard requirements.
- Must be willing and able to wear proper PPE during all working hours.
