We will train you, no experience needed. Training to be an Assembler of Heavy Parts for tractors includes working with extreme heat. The position requires standing full shift and wearing PPE (steel toe, Heavy gauge gloves, apron & sleeves, safety glasses). Come join us where Achievers are Recognized and Rewarded. Range: $15.75 starting base, with path range to $17.00 per hour PLUS, $2.00 per hour shift differential for all hours worked.

This is a Full-Time, Regular, direct hire position with full benefits.

Location: Flowery Branch, GA

Shift: 11 PM ~ 7 AM, Monday ~ Friday and some Saturdays. The 8 hour shift includes one 30 minute paid break.

Do you have a knack for using your hands, have a mechanical aptitude and some experience with Welding Robotics and programming? Maybe you have a certificate or diploma from a technical school and need to gain hands-on experience? Join our set-up operators who support the production team by ensuring quality products are produced efficiently. Set-up Ops perform tooling changeovers, replace consumables, perform PM’s and first level maintenance of the equipment, and trouble shoot technical issues.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be able to work 11PM ~ 7:00AM schedule – Monday through Friday. And must be able to work weekend overtime if/when required.
Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.
Must be engaged to learning and applying yourself.
Must thrive on working in environment where your productivity, quality, attendance and safety will be measured.
Must be capable and willing to be accountable for maintaining standard requirements.

Work Authorization required for I‑9 and E‑Verify.

Pay Path: 17.50/hr ~ $ 20.50 plus shift differential of $2.00/worked hour.
