We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. If you have hands-on experience facilitating a fast paced work flow in a manufacturing setting and are a natural leader with the ability to motivate and engage your team, this is the role for you.

Status: Regular Full Time, eligible for benefits
Starting Pay: $23.78/hour plus shift differential
Shift Differential Pay:  $1.00/hr 2nd Shift
1^st year Pathway Range: $23.78~ $24.98 / hr (plus shift differential)
Break: The 8‑hour shift includes one, 30-minute paid break.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be able to work core hours 2:45 PM ~  11pm schedule — Monday through Friday, plus you must be able to work weekend overtime if/​when required (weekdays and weekends).
• Must be fluent in English (Speaking & writing) and Spanish (speaking)

• Position requires prolonged standing & walking.
• Associate’s degree or Diploma in related studies preferred. Minimum of two years related experience and training required.
• Must be able to travel to customers when required. Must be able to maintain good driving record (DMV verified) and valid driver license.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Production Manager and Production Supervisor to set and prioritize staffing assignments.
• Responsible for ensuring parts per hour are met; produced, checked and packed per standards.
• Communicates and coordinates with other Supervisors and Team leads to ensure proper information flow to all shifts.
• Coordinate and execute employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all requirements, including completion of training records.
• Training of new operators and retraining of current team members as needed, in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure all performance evaluations (for limited functions) are completed on time.
• Responsible for team of x~30
• Monitor your Team Attendance, Productivity, and overall Performance, report variances.
• Maintain attendance recordkeeping, overtime, approve time-off and timecards in the system daily.
• Ensure appropriate feedback is provided to employees in a timely manner by conducting and documenting-coaching, minor or major corrective actions and performance concerns. Alert the production manager to serious or major issues.
• Train and Enforce: 6S & Safety activities, make sure team members are using their Proper PPE (checks and validation) and following all safety rules and standards.
• Observe work in process (spot checking), ensure work is completed to standard.
• Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Production Manager.
• Work closely with support staff, such as Technicians, Engineer, and Warehouse to resolve issues.
• Perform other team functions (ex: pack, assembly, etc.) when necessary.
• Drives team’s performance of KPI’s to meet or exceed targets.
• Cross training: Individuals who become cross trained in other functions must assist as required.  Act as backup support at times of absence or vacation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

This is a role for someone who can maintain focus with repetition and is detail oriented.

Warehouse Operator

WAREHOUSE OERATOR:  Are you a safe, experienced lift driver (sit down & stand-up reach truck)? Do you have working knowledge material movements in the system and use a RF scanner?

This position rotates between supporting production with materials movement and performing shipping/​receiving duties. Position is very physical.

 You will need to ensure accurate scanning for material movements and keep the warehouse clean & orderly.

Base Candidate Requirements:

• Experience driving sit-down and stand-up reach truck with excellent safety record, RF scanner; must exercise excellent attention to detail; good math and ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Required overtime may be during the week or on weekend.
