Are you good at seeing small details? Do you take pride in your work? Our Production Checker inspects all finished goods and marks it as approved, rework or scrap. You will be responsible for verifying the quality of each product before it is shipped to our customers. This is a role for someone who can maintain focus with repetition and is detail oriented.
- Status: Regular Full Time, eligible for benefits
- Starting Pay: $16.25/hour plus shift differential
- Shift Differential Pay: $2.00/hr 3nd Shift
- Pathway Range: $16.25~ $18.00 / hr (plus shift differential)
- Break: The 8‑hour shift includes one, 30-minute paid break.
Base Candidate Requirements:
- Must be able to work 11:00PM ~ 7:00AM schedule — Monday through Friday. And must be able to work weekend overtime if/when required.
- Position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, grasping, pinching, visual checks + working in warehouse (not controlled temperature).
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.
- Must be engaged in learning and applying yourself.
- Must thrive on working in environment where your productivity, quality, attendance and safety will be measured.
- Must be capable and willing to be accountable for meeting & maintaining Company standard requirements.
- Must be willing and able to wear proper PPE during all working hours.
