Packer (3rd shift) — Flowery Branch, GA
Do you like to multitask and stay moving? Are you detail oriented? Packers use a checking gauge to check the quality of the wire components produced on our CNC wire forming machines and pack the parts in accordance with the packing specification. You will be responsible for meeting productivity and quality standards.

- Shift Differential Pay: $2.00/hr 3rd Shift
- Pathway Range: $15.25~ $16.25 / hr (plus shift differential)
- Break: The 8‑hour shift includes one, 30-minute paid break.
Base Candidate Requirements
- Must be able to work 11:00PM ~ 7:00AM schedule – Monday through Friday. And must be able to work weekend overtime if/when required.
- Position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, grasping, pinching, visual checks + working in warehouse (not controlled temperature).
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.
- Must be engaged in learning and applying yourself.
- Must thrive on working in environment where your productivity, quality, attendance and safety will be measured.
- Must be capable and willing to be accountable for meeting & maintaining Company standard requirements.
- Must be willing and able to wear proper PPE during all working hours.
